We don’t accept returns or exchanges as all items are made to order just for you. However, if there’s an issue with your order, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item, we’re here to help!

Damages and Issues

 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@bold4america.com

Be sure to include:


- Photos of the item and any defects.
- Your order number.
- A brief description of the issue.

 

 We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem.

Refunds

Refunds are only available for damaged or incorrect items. If your refund request is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process.

Exchanges

We currently don’t offer exchanges, as each item is custom-made. If you’re unsure about sizing or fit, refer to the sizing chart available in each product’s description.  

In rare cases where an item is mislabeled, please contact us at hello@thewarningwithsteveschmidt.com within 7 days. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
