Where do you ship?

We currently ship internationally.
Free complimentary shipping for orders over $100 is available for USA orders only.

 

​How long will it take to receive my order?

​Our order fulfillment time typically takes 4-7 business days before shipment. After fulfillment, the estimated shipping times are as follows:

• USA: 4-7 business days


• Canada: 10-20 business days


• International: 14-20 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to carrier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

Where will my order ship from?

​We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company that ships from multiple facilities across North America, Europe, and UK. Your order will be shipped from the facility that can process it most efficiently.

How do I track my order?

​Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. If you have any issues tracking your package, please contact us.

​Will I be charged customs or import fees?

​​​

• USA orders: No customs fees apply.


• International: Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees may be charged upon delivery. These fees are determined by customs and are not controlled by our store. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details.

What if my order hasn’t arrived?

If your order is taking longer than expected, please follow these steps:

✔ Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

​

✔ Contact your local post office to see if they are holding your package.

​

✔ Check with neighbors or household members in case it was delivered to the wrong address.

​

If you still haven’t received your package, contact us with your order number, and we’ll look into it.

Incorrect Address Policy

If the shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect, we are unable to refund the order. You may place a new order with the corrected shipping address at your own expense.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows them as delivered. If your package is missing, please check with your local carrier or file a claim with the shipping provider.
